We also believe that artists should evolve through excellence, strength and determination rather than rely on a ‘bonus’ lucky break.

The digital age has made it easier and harder to succeed in an increasingly aware and discerning marketplace, so we are very selective and talent biased when we consider material for release. We give no free rides here – but we do bring guidance and support to those we believe in.

What may seem easy in accomplishment disguises ‘experience’  which in turn relies upon thousands of correct decisions and hundreds of wrong ones.
